I began my HR career working in Executive Search as a Researcher and fast developed a passion for connecting talent with the right career opportunities. From there, I expanded my experience to Executive Recruitment and HR Consulting within boutique consultancies in both Australia and Canada. Over the last 10 years I have enjoyed working as both a consultant and in operational/strategic-growth roles.

Changes in the recruitment and HR landscape, along with witnessing first-hand the challenges facing businesses in attracting, developing and retaining talent, led to the creation of my consultancy – Engageability. Since its inception in 2014, Engageability has allowed me to build strong partnerships with my clients; allowing me to assist a broad range of organisations in implementing talent acquisition strategies and improved processes that make them more competitive in this challenging talent market.

Originally from New Zealand, I’m a graduate of both the University of Otago as well as the University of New South Wales having studied Political Science and International Relations respectively. After travelling extensively, as well as living in Asia and working in North America, I’m now a long-term resident of Sydney, permanently settled on the Lower North Shore. I love spending weekends exploring Sydney's markets and cafes, cooking at home and indulging my passion for photography.
