I joined Carrera in early 2018 after a year in retail recruitment. At Carrera I’m in a true consulting role – guiding clients and candidates and making a positive impact at every turn. I love the challenge of learning new industries, meeting diverse people and having the opportunity to make a real difference in their lives in so many ways.


I spent my early career back in the UK working across retail and as a secondary school teacher; specialising in developing and integrating curriculum across the fields of sports and mathematics. After moving to Australia in 2014 I left behind teaching and built on my career in retail. I held several leadership roles including flagship and multi-site roles where my focus on team training and development led to significant personal accomplishments and strong business growth results.


My career as a Recruitment Consultant began with the opportunity to move into a retail focussed consultancy in 2017. I spent a year working across commercial, large format and luxury sectors retail; building a strong client base and reputation across Australia. Joining Carrera has given me the opportunity to build on this experience and bring my passion for people to a hugely dynamic and inspiring role. I thrive in the diversity of this role – leaving no stone unturned in sourcing the best talent and offering a holistic talent consulting service to my client base.


Carrera is at the forefront of driving full service and customised talent attraction and engagement strategies and services in a market that is rapidly evolving. It is an incredibly exciting time to be part of a team that is rethinking recruitment consulting and delivering a service offering that is truly impacting not only the lives of our candidates but the overall performance of the companies we work with.
