I work tirelessly to ensure my team, clients and candidates all drive personal fulfillment from their careers.

Caroline joined Carrera as Associate Director in May 2018 with responsibility for leading, managing and developing our growing team of Consultants.  She has extensive experience in the FMCG industry across sales, marketing, insights, shopper and category management. With 20+ years’ working for well known-brands such as Diageo, SC Johnson and  Goodman Fielder and recently holding several senior leadership roles with  IRI/Aztec; Caroline brings a strong track record of leading high performing teams and consulting to clients in the consumer goods sector.

 

As a former client of Carrera, Caroline is uniquely positioned to understand the needs of our clients and what it takes to exceed their expectations. She has also spent her career working in many of the roles that our candidates are seeking and enjoys using her first-hand experience of the job market to guide, coach and support candidates on their career journey. Caroline has coached and mentored many team members throughout her career and drives much personal satisfaction from helping others realise their career ambitions and fulfil their potential.

 

Caroline believes that business success is driven largely by the quality and fit of its people – this is one of the critical reasons she chose to join Carrera as she sees the impact that this has on a daily basis as her team work collaboratively to achieve their own personal and the broader business objectives. She works tirelessly to ensure everyone she connects with – her team, clients and candidates all drive personal fulfillment from their careers and experiences at work every day.
