Help us with our mission… #sendkathtoellen

Earlier this week we launched our mission – we want to send Kath Koschel, the inspiring founder of The Kindness Factory to meet Ellen DeGeneres on the Ellen Show. The support so far has been tremendous with our social media campaign gaining ground quickly and the #sendkathtoellen being shared widely across LinkedIn and Facebook. We are so grateful to all those that have contributed so far and want to be sure that we keep the campaign going to give Kath the best possible chance of making it to the Ellen Show.

You can help us ensure the success of our mission by doing any of the following:

1. Like or comment on any of our social media posts with #sendkathtoellen

2. Share this post with #sendkathtoellen

3. Post directly to with a message of #sendkathtoellen

4. Nominate Kath to meet Ellen via her website

To nominate Kath you will need to provide some background info – to make this easier you can use the following:

“Hi Ellen, I would like to nominate Kath Koschel, founder of The Kindness Factory and Australian of the Year nominee, to be on your show!

Kath’s Kindness Factory is on the way to achieving 1 Million Acts of Kindness by 2020. Kath founded the Kindness Factory two years ago following obstacles she overcame including serous injury and loss. As Kath battled her way through these challenges, she found happiness in passing kindness on to others. When she started sharing her own Acts of Kindness on social media, a domino effect began, soon others followed suit. Kath devotes her life to The Kindness Factory, a movement and platform that encourages others to care and share their kind actions.

Kath is a former professional athlete, an aunty, friend, and inspiration to everyone she comes across. Kath overcame countless hardships and pain through the simple message she lives by and embraces every day; no act of kindness is too small… I recommend tissues when you hear her inspiring story.

I nominate Kath Koschel to meet Ellen DeGeneres! Please contact or +61294104545 with questions.”

You can also use the attached photo (shared with Kath’s permission) to upload to the Ellen website.
